Do you offer grocery delivery?
While we do not yet offer grocery delivery, it will be coming soon! For now, you can still order online and we will have your order ready for curbside pick up at the time you choose! If you need some help with online ordering, please get in touch at 587-968-7997.
Do you have a rewards program?
While we do not have a classic member rewards program, we currently offer a 5% discount card for all regular shoppers – just ask at the till next time you are checking out!
We will be offering a more comprehensive rewards program in the near future, which will be available for all in-store and online purchases, so keep an eye out, and sign up for our newsletter for all the details!

How do I order red meat and pork?
Beef and pork are offered through our in-store service, ND Fresh Meat. Because ND Fresh Meats is independently owned and operated, we can not offer their products for online ordering.
We welcome you to visit us in-store to purchase their products!

Our hours of operation are:

We are closed on Christmas Day.
What is your return policy?
Returns and Exchanges:
- We accept returns and exchanges on grocery items within 30 days of purchase.
The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in good condition for a refund or exchange. - Perishable Items:
Perishable items such as fresh produce, meat, dairy, and bakery items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of quality issues or expiration before the stated date.
If you encounter any quality concerns with perishable items, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of purchase for assistance. - Refunds and Store Credit:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for eligible returned items.
If you do not have the original receipt, a store credit may be provided at the current selling price of the returned item. - Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as tobacco products, alcohol, and personal hygiene products, are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
Gift cards and prepaid phone cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable. - Special Circumstances:
In the event of a product recall, please follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer or regulatory authorities.

Can I order a custom cake?
Yes! One of the in-store services we offer is Sweet Cakes by Vernz, located at the back of the store near the dairy cooler. Visit us in store to see the wide variety of pre-made products, or to place your custom order. Please visit https://sweetcakesbyvernz.ca/ to learn more.
Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer gift cards.
Do you have online shopping?
Yes! All of our in-store products are available for online shopping, and can be picked up at our curbside (home delivery coming soon)! Please visit https://shop.isupermarket.ca/shop/home to place your online grocery order.

We are located in the South Calgary community of Midnapore, at 240 Midpark Way SE.
